In Plasgot we are aware of the importance of the quality for any product; it’s why, from our beginnings, we are looking to offer a special and recognized product to our customers.

The quality certifications acquired are the demonstration of a continuous work done to have a product at the height customer’s exigences. Plasgot products are made in Spain under the European certifications as the proof that we seek for the excellence to national and international market

Our concern at Plasgot is to offer the highest quality, and the excellence of all our articles is ensured by our AENOR ISO 9001:2015 accreditation, which guarantees “the design, production and commercial quality of irrigation products”. This accreditation has been renewed and updated according to the requirements established by it.

The Management of Plasgot, SL proclaims the following “Quality Policy” and is committed to disseminating it, enforcing it and monitoring its compliance throughout the company. Furthermore, also its suppliers and customers are concerned; for which measurable objectives will be established and will be reviewed to assess compliance. The quality policy will be reviewed for continuous adaptation.

1. PLASGOT, S.L. has as a high priority to design and offer products which meets the needs and the expectations of our customers.

2. PLASGOT, S.L. will assist the needs of its customers, trying to clarify and make real and operational the specifications of its products, seeking for the best results, through a close collaboration with its clients and its suppliers.

3. PLASGOT, S.L. will assign the necessary human resources and technical means to guarantee the quality of its products, through the appropriate measures in materials, methods and means of manufacture and verification.

4. PLASGOT, S.L. will make a continuous effort to describe all processes through procedures and instructions in order to decrease the variability of the final product caused by special or common reasons.

5. PLASGOT, S.L. will respond to the suggestions of its customers directly or by its trade representative, Plasgot will also attend to the claims contributing to the customer’s feedback and the continuous improvement system.

6. PLASGOT, S.L. will propose and carry out all corrective estimated actions necessary to avoid the reappearance of internal and external problems; Plasgot will stimulate any preventive action for feedback in order to achieve continuous improvement of the efficiency of its system. For that purpose, Plasgot will study and solve claims, non-conforming products and all kinds of related incidents, and also carry out and follow internal audits about its standards points of the quality system.

7. PLASGOT, S.L. will promote formation and training of its staff using own or external resources to improve skills in their workplace or to achieve a better technical knowledge.
